Returns & Refunds At Rhia Line, every piece is carefully handmade and prepared with love. As our pieces are handmade, each item may have its own unique characteristics. No Returns or Refunds Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason unrelated to a fault with the item. We kindly ask that you carefully check our size guide and product details before placing your order. Faulty Items If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. As all of our pieces are handmade, we require clear photographic evidence of the fault so that our team can assess the issue. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the fault when contacting us. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. Please note that minor variations in stitching, fabric, colour, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our pieces and are not necessarily considered defects.
